Suzanne Pleshette is an American actor as well as a voiceover artist. She amassed more than one hundred credits over her nearly five-decade career. Born in New York, Pleshette began her career as an actor on stage and later made an gradual shift to the screen. Her most notable films include "Rome Adventure," "The Birds,' 'Fate Is the Hunter', 'If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. She also had a wide selection of TV roles and in movies for television. She won four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. After being nominated two times, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for her film 'The Birds'. Pleshette was laid to rest in 2008. She received a Star on her death at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
